Benny Egholm Sørensen has over 30 years of experience in cross-border business development, particularly in Scandinavia and Germany. He began his career in sales development and later served as a Trade Delegate for the Danish Ministry of Business in Hanover. In 1994, he founded SØRENSEN - Connecting Markets, expanding it to Denmark in 2000.
Fluent in Danish, German, English, Swedish and Norwegian, Benny excels in strategic business development, offering innovative, pragmatic solutions. He has represented Lower Saxony in Scandinavia for 25 years, Greater Copenhagen in Germany for 15 years, and since 2018, Germany's largest SME association in Scandinavia. His expertise and insights make him a respected leader in international business.

Joining our team in 2023, Tim supports our project teams with various tasks for German and Danish customers. He is currently taking a Bachelor's degree specialising in German/Danish trade and the border region of these two countries.

With an Abitur in the "Business-English" profile, Jan Ole has early on developed an interest in international business. Currently enrolled in a double bachelor's program on "International Management" with a focus on Scandinavia at Europa Universität Flensburg and Syddanks Universitet since 2022, he holds responsibilities in marketing, planning, and the initial phase with new customers within the company.
